This Privacy Policy explains how ImportAI handles personal information. ImportAI is a product operated by SecureGlobal Technology under the SecureGlobal Labs product studio, which is responsible for the information described in this policy.

This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Payment information. Such as payment transaction identifiers, payment status, amounts and currencies, and payment-provider references. Card details are handled by the applicable payment provider; ImportAI does not store your full card number.

Technical information. Such as IP address, browser and device information, logs, and security events generated by your use of the service.

• searching supported marketplaces and preparing recommendations;

ImportAI is a cross-border service. To complete procurement, warehouse processing, international shipping, customs handling and last-mile delivery, your information may be processed and transmitted across countries, including to the jurisdictions in which the relevant marketplaces, sellers, providers and carriers operate.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, which may include completing transactions, fulfilment, customer support, fraud and security, accounting, and legal or regulatory compliance. When information is no longer reasonably required, we delete or anonymize it, subject to any applicable retention requirements.
